New Card Closing Statement not working
Multiple issues with this card. One issue if you place an end step stop it will skip it and not allow you to cast the spell for the reduced cost or have any effect. Another issue when you do happen to cast it at the end step some times it will not place the counter on your creature you choose. And finally it also some times will not even acknowledge on the end step to reduce the cost of the spell. I lost two draft games alone from this stupid spell not working as intended. Please test before you release next time. I am upset at how we pay to play this game yet it's like throwing monglitches. at times since the game is so darn glitchy.

I came here to agree that Closing Statement was bugged, but then decided to play with a friend and test out the 'End Stop' button. I got Closing Statement to work very consistently by placing an End Stop and THEN pressing the end turn button. Instead of ending the turn like you'd think, it goes to the end step and lets you play Closing Statement before pressing the end turn button again. It's dumb and un-intuitive, but it works, and that's why it hasn't been patched ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Just tried playing this card at my end step for the reduced mana cost multiple games in a row, and I can confirm it still does NOT work. Seems like a simple fix. Please take a second to fix the bug.

How is this card still broken???? It has been nearly 6 months and the same issue is still happening!! Get your **** together WoC. People are paying for this game and you don't even care about it enough to fix a super simple glitch? What would this be, a whole two lines of code? Give one of your developers 15 minutes to debug this already, it's been half a year.

Same here. End step reduction not working here. I tried to pay -2 in my end step to have 2 mana to use and I can't. In an important time of the draft game it was crucial and I lost the game.

I can confirm the endstep reduction to mana cost not working for this card. I was streaming under the Twitch name of NatTEA_20, and this can be seen in my VLOG from 04/16/2021 (today) at 1:14 (1 hour and 14 minutes in).
