The stars on the American flag sleeve are in the CORRECT corner—the top LEFT corner. Whatever is located in a flag’s top left corner when flying horizontally should be in the top left corner when displayed vertically. It is NOT simply a matter of rotating it clockwise as is so often incorrectly assumed.
