The opponent conceded in quick draft kamigawa neon dynasty and it counted their concession as my loss.

I played Premier Draft ONE. At 1-1 I won my 3rd match (the opponent conceeded), and somehow I got a win count and a loss count! This is wierd...

I was playing a premier draft event and even though I won my game it counted it as a loss and since it was the third loss I was unable to continue playing with my draft deck

I took my opponent to -8 cause they blocked incorrectly, and it also just said i lost

During my Premier Draft: Phyrexia I was suddenly dropped from a match, immediately queued for another match, won the match, and then it was counted as a loss for some reason.

1. I'm not sure how this could be replicated
2. PC
3. I was disconnected, won the following match, then it was counted as a loss
4. I should be disconnected, queued again, and then if I win the next match have it count as a win and proceed
5. I have attached a video showing it occurring. I wasn't able to get the earlier disconnect and re-queue but I got the victory to immediate loss.
6. No workaround

Issue still unsolved. Today on quick draft Crimson Vow same situation - attack with lethal, win game and counted as third loss

I won a game and should have been 2-2, but when I clicked through the victory screen it said the game counted as a loss, which I don't understand. Game happened on 2/18/23 at ~7pm. I was playing a red/white deck, don't have pictures unfortunately of the victory screen, but can you check the game logs that show I hit the opponent for lethal but it got counted as a loss?

Had a similar issue with an All Will Be One draft, won a game and got the victory screen but it shows the result as the 3rd loss, I am unable to continue with the deck I was playing.

My final win in my draft counted as a loss when my opponent scooped.

Dud this is ridiculous. The most basic of things winning is winning is not working. And way expensive. Your thieves.

It gets worse and worse and worse. Every time I think you can't make me madder you spit in my face again. Just sell the IP. Please please please.

I was playing a Draft and was at 6:2. I wanted to start the last match but while waiting for an opponent, I lost my internet connection. I quickly clicked cancel, restored internet connection and was again at the draft screen with 6:2. I started to search for an oppopnent again and won the match.
But after the match, the draft screen showed 6:3 instead of 7:2. Also 17Lands which I use as my tracker counted the match as a win (See Screenshot with last match at 2023-01-28 17:03).

I suspect, that i entered a match while my internet connection was down and lost that phantom match due to a timeout.

But: Either I should have joined that match when I searched for a match the second time or the match should not have counted. Either way, I apparently "played" 7+3 matches in a draft, which should never be possible!

I've attached a screenshot of the draft end screen, the player.log and a screenshot of the 17Lands statistics for that draft.

at about 8:02 PM EST on 1/25/23, I was playing an Explorer Bo1 event with a 4-2 record. In my 7th match I was paired against a mono U spirits deck. I won and they conceded, so my record should have been 5-2 allowing me to continue, but the client recorded it as a loss.

I am a professional software tester so I know these things happen but also it seems like win/loss reporting should be VERY HARD TO BREAK so it seems like some of your code is Not Very Good.

What the tile says. Won the game, got the victory screen, then arena added a loss to my loss counter. It was the lass game I played

I experienced this bug when I was playing the premier draft BRO, at that time I played a 1-2 and started the fourth game. Then I beated my opponent but got a loss after the game. I should have got a 2-2, but now I got a 1-3.

I experienced the same bug in a Brothers' War Premier Draft just now. My opponent conceded, but as I exited the game, Arena showed a 3rd loss instead of a win to knock me out of the event. I have attached the log file and a screenshot of 17lands data showing I should have won that last game. Please take a look when you can, thank you.

In BRO quick draft, I won a game but it counted as a loss, which happened to be my 3rd loss so it ended my draft.

Won a game in quick draft. Then it logged me as my third loss and I couldn’t continue. Also, the page to submit bugs keeps pushing me here before I can do anything.

won a match in draft but counted as a loss. this was in Neon Dynasty quick draft.

I was 3-2 going in, and won, and expected to continue progress. but as i got out of the game and into the draft screen, the third lamp of death filled up and i had not choice but to claim my prize of 300 gems and 1 pack. Missed out on an extra 150 gems at least.

running untapped.gg and it reported correctly a 4-2 record.

Same, Neon dynasty Quick Draft. I was 5-2 and won the game after opponent conceding before lethal attack, counted as a loss putting me at 5-3 instead of 6-2, potential 7 win deck right there...

Would like to be reimbursed/compensated the gems for this draft.
