Don't worry, they 'fixed it' by removing the time out.....
Same thing happened to me, when opponent cast it, however game is not timing out.

My opponent played Magma Opus, and the game acted like I had disconnected (the opponent's timer ran out but nothing happened). I quit the client and restarted, it automatically reconnected me to the game, and all of the cards were gone, timers were at zero, game just sat there doing nothing.
