Matchmaking
After winning a match to move me from Silver 1 to Gold 4 my next opponent was the #11 overall ranked player in Mythic. After reaching out to customer support they assured me that the matchmaking had been "tested extensively", "working as intended", and was "a level playing field". This appears to be none of those things and should be addressed.

Maybe you should consider making your own deck instead of sheepishly just copying someone else's deck from the meta deck website.
