I have got the same problem too from long long ago.
I remembered I got the style applied normally in game but after some update it cannot show up.
they said must be the same set card unlocked to use the cosmetics but I don't care because it was there applied. -

The Report is a bit older, but it matches my problem. I got the problem with last update (today 05.12.2023). I am back again after a while and i think so regular button was still missing before the update, but i was able to switch between styles somehow. At the moment, after the update, i have no possibility to switch between multiple card styles and i also cant buy any new styles, because they are not shown to me.
