Was able to log in on mobile, but as soon as I connected to my home wi-fi I got this error. Now I can't connect over mobile data, or wifi on pc or mobile.

Going around and around on this site. Is there any way to submit an actual support ticket?
My account has the same timeout error on multiple devices. This includes the same PC that my son's account is able to log in on, so it is NOT a matter of troubleshooting on the client device end.
This is a bug affecting the account itself. I was able to play this morning, then locked out without making any other changes.
Wizards, please correct this on your end.

had this issue yesterday already, but it was due to Server-Upgrade. But today I was not even once able to log in.
