Something is wrong with your shuffling system
- To recreate bug play on my account, I get absolutely ****** with my starting hands in draft I feel 85% of the time.
- Mac
- I always have to mulligan (~90% of time). I either draw 1/2 lands, no lands, or all lands. While my opponents mulligan ~30% of the time, meaning they get hands they are more comfortable with, way more often. Now if I stick with the 1/2 lands then I either get stuck only drawing lands or get stuck only drawing spells (~60% of time). My decks all have game suggested amount of lands/spells.
- I don't expect a good hand all the time, but the amount I'm actually getting bad hands is way too high, there is absolutely no way my luck is just that bad compared to others, in whats suppose to be randomized for both sides.
- I don't know if tech has access to game records, but feel free to look back at any of my games.
- My workaround is to stop playing this game, because too often I am just getting bad luck

Normally it is more important to make money from skins and ****, and favor people who pay, with an ultra aggressive battle pass that returns only 1200 gems out of 3400 with what it costs new/bad/f2p people to get it, while other battle passes from other games absolutely refund the cost of the pass, but hey, it is more important to get $$ than to make the game more accessible for people who want to improve and learn, or simply spend money on improving their ****** algorithm that He already had problems on MTGO. You have to save 5 days to be able to enter a standard event of 2500 coins to eat a 2-3 3-3 3-4 and be told it is a good trade for 200/300 gems and a ****** envelope to reach those 3400 ripping games with 2/3 in hand when the other plays free for paying skins. Let's see if the card bubble bursts, they're going to take each other on the *** like it happened once before, I'd laugh a lot.

It's not "bad luck", the "R"NG is rigged, when CS is politely pressed for an HONEST, non-scripted answer to this WELL-KNOWN problem, they fold and ignore that player (but that player will notice that matches afterward become increasingly more ludicrous). This is why most MTG players at my LGS refuse to play Arena; it's blatant, and players are treated like we're stupid. Wizards / Hasbro believes they can gaslight us about this problem, and it's why people like me will never put our money into purchasing any digital content.
