TWO ISSUES

Platform: ANDROID & PC
Actual Results:

1. Unable to edit MID premium draft deck
2. Got an automatic one loss even though I have yet to play at all! (Can't play without editing my draft deck anyways!)

Expected Results:

1. I should be able to edit my deck on BOTH platforms
2. I should be restored the one loss, I haven't even played!

This is my very first draft and it's frustrating that I can't do the simplest things AND was punished with a loss?? I am unclear how to fetch the log file, I don't see the option in Android under Settings -> Account. What do I do? Please advise, thank you.

My draft "froze" on the last two packs. The overall game wasn't frozen, but the packs wouldn't rotate for 5 minutes. I quit and re-entered the game, to find that I couldn't edit my deck. I played my first game to find out that the game created a four-color, nearly 60-card deck. I easily lost. And afterwards I still couldn't edit the deck. Very frustrating.

In a recent premier draft i played on android on mobile, i was not able to edit my drafted deck. The button totally disappeared from the draft section and so I could not make any adjustments on my deck.

New to Arena after a couple years of paper and I’m loving the return to Innistrad. Unfortunately, I entered the sealed event and I’m unable to edit my deck. I like the deck, but I won’t play if I spent real money to not be able to edit during the event. I don’t want to finish it out anymore. Please refund the entry fee.

I am on iOS and a screen recording is attached. I am unable to generate game logs at this time. No edit button shows up and my black/red deck does not show up in my deck list.

Just experienced this for the first time. Incredibly frustrating that this game is broken for two months in a row. I’m about to quit Arena altogether.

I had two matches affected by the bug preventing deck alteration in premier draft and sealed after being saved. Playing mobile on Android with Samsung S10 and PC with Win10. What steps need to be followed for reimbursement?

Today I tried using my draft participation token to create another draft deck. On booster 3, the game froze on the "Waiting for a booster from another player" screen for about 10 minutes.

I tried quitting and relogging after this time, and came back to my deck being autofilled with random cards. Then I could play, but could not edit my deck, as it was marked as "finished". And as the deck was 1/3 randomized, it was literally unplayable.
