For those with this bug, use the following link to submit a Customer Support request with the Account Issues category. You want them to contact you and manually add the missing 10 dual-color starter decks:

So i submitted a Support ticket, i had the one Color decks and a few two color ones but not all, the support agent sent an answer that he unlocked the two color decks but 10 days later still no decks the quest is stuck as is. I bought some stuff on this account (like the new player stuff) and to learn that they still didn't fix this to this date...

Also having problems with this. Haven't been able to win a new deck for months.

The earn a new deck function never actually rewards me with a deck, it just continually says earn one tomorrow. I didnt realize there was such an egregious and critical bug before I spent real money on content for this app. :(

Earn a new deck tomorrow is bugged for me since I started playing a month ago. The counter shows another quest data or /1000 progress. Completing it simply reset the counter and no deck is added. Hope for a fix soon

So mine has been broken for multiple weeks now... but my counter isn't 00:00... it gives me random stuff (missing some XP and then just 2/15 or whatever it feels like showing). This is really annoying, I hope they fix this issue soon... There is no way I'm going to spend money on this bugged app

I have completed this dozens of times over, it never resets, changes, or does anything except cycle from 0-1000 every time I complete it.

So this has really been a problem for over two years? It’s frustrating trying to get back into the game and immediately be met with an unresolved bug that shuts off resources for me basically starting from scratch

I paid for the **** pass and I can't even unlock new decks while playing.

I would like this fixed so I can earn more decks. otherwise what's the point of playing your game?

It's finally fixed for me after waiting for 8 months... I started playing In August of 2021.
