Unable to submit deck
Every day, when I try to play Arena in basic play mode, I am unable to play due to not being able to submit ANY deck that I have, including the pre-generated decks given to me by the game itself. Y'all need to fix this.

Day four of upvoting every single one of these related threads until WOTC deals with this incredibly annoying issue. It's been going on for at least 3 months now, and doesn't seem to have any rhyme or reason as to who it effects and when. This has made our Arena playgroup extremely frustrated, and we'd all hoped the Khans release patch would fix it. Time to get this some more attention.

Same issue after the Caverns of Ixalan update, specifically when I attempt to Direct Play my friend, after selecting my deck and hitting "Play", it simply spins "Waiting for Server" and eventually says "Unable to submit deck", or displays network related errors. Have tried restarting, changing local DNS servers, verifying integrity of files, etc - nothing works.
Playing on Windows 11 PC via Steam

I’m running on my iPad, and the only solution is to kill and restart Arena. This issue seems to occur whenever I minimize the game and come back later. The network connection is not completely restored. Sometimes I also get an error when browsing the store; Arena tells me it cannot retrieve store items, and the store icon is blacked out.
