how do you contact customer service, everything just leads to other people having the same issue and no way to fix it. One match left Red vs ??? and i am done with the color challenge. How do we fix this?

I notice in the 2022.16.0 patch notes that it says:
"If you still encounter this error, please contact Customer Service"
If you still have this Network Error problem for the final nodes of the Color Challenges, tell Customer Support of this long-standing and well known bug and ask them to manually add the missing 10 dual-color starter decks etc.

This really ticks me off because I finally got a phone that can run the game its the first time I've been able to actually play the arena and I got to play 20 matches and I can't do anything else I can't finish the 5th match in each color please fix Wizards 🙏

While loading last match of Liliana Vess it keeps giving back Network Error. I think this could be related with some unsupported change in the deck. There should be a way maybe to reset the deck composition for the standard decks, or reset the challenge from scratch for a color to unlock the situation.

Can confirm. Available workarounds, including restarting and cancelling tutorial/searching for a match then cancelling search are not working.

Same here. Never been able to complete any of the color challenges due to “Network Error” on the last stage of all 5 of them. You’d think with the amount of people affected by this bug that they would have it resolved by now. Unprofessional in the very least.

So you can easily add new cards, make sure the mechanics work, and RMT is 100% working. But, you can't make sure the new player quests introducing them to the game are actually completable? So what you are saying is, that you only care about long-term player money, and not a new player economy where they will have to buy many more packs just to catch up? It sounds like you need to fire all your financial dipshits telling you how to spend money and pay the programmers WHO ACTUALLY MAKE THE GAME RUN. No game = no money. No new players = no new money. Not working events = players quitting and money loss. I don't have a finance degree, but it sure seems like you don't understand your market.

I cannot finish the green color challenge. Last one. I believe I conceded against the real player I battled, as they had a significantly better deck than I, before I realized that you only had to play out the game and not win to complete the challenge. Ever since then I have not been able to replay to complete the challenge. There is a consistent “network error” that I do not get with any other type of gameplay.

Same issue as all the rest. How about just ditching the fifth stage/matchmaking of the training segment since it's clear that this is an ongoing issue?
FWIW, I've tried all the suggestions, but to no avail.

I'm getting this error on the last black challenge for when it starts the pvp. It says to try again later. I've been trying every day for a while now on a Mac and iPad. Can't get around it, and it's that one match which is preventing me from finishing the color challenge.

I've been playing for some years now, and just now I have some poor wifi, and I can't enter my event. It says I have to complete the color challenges. So I try and do that and the network error shows up. I've invested in this game, and am very willing to invest more, but definitely not now that I am heavily restricted like this.

Cannot complete even the white color challenge as I receive the “Network Error: Unable to Join Event…” error each time I try the last battle. Happens on iPad and Windows computer.

I'm having the same issue. The decks appear to be invalid and after editing the deck the same network error appears not allowing you to save. For some reason the white deck for me is the only valid and working deck. I completed the main color challenge and was working on the quests for the extra decks and I can't use white for this quest and it's the only color that works, so I can't progress any further.

Could not play with my friend via direct challenge, was getting the server error specified above.
Found the solution.
The issue is with the Starter Decks. Neither you or your friend can use a pre-made deck, you must create your own deck or duplicate the decks they give you. I also edited the duplicated deck so that it's format was set to "Direct Challenge".
So steps to fix:
1) Go to your deck list and select the deck you're trying to use under the Starter Deck section
2) Click the "Clone" button to make a copy of the deck. It will be placed under "My Decks" and named something like "Cold-Blooded Killers (2)"
3) Optional? I went in and edited the deck and changed the format of it to "Direct Game". Not sure if this step is necessary.
4) Now challenge your friend from your friends list, and make sure to use the clone deck (the one with "(2)" in the title, under "My Decks".No more error.
