Jadar Not Making Zombies
Jadar, Ghoulcaller of Nephalia, does not make the decayed zombies at the beginning of your end step. I tested both regular art and Showcase: Eternal Night Jadar to make sure, and neither work. I've also checked if having another zombie in play "counts", but putting Jadar on a clear board still does not make the token.

Turn one - Land.
Turn two - Land
Cast Jadar, Ghoucaller of Nephalia.
End step, Jadar should create a 2/2 Zombie token with decayed, however, nothing gets created.

I just played a game of Brawl with my Jadar deck and not a single zombie token came out.
