Opened pack gave 20 gem reward instead or rare/mythic
Opened a KHM pack and received 20 gems even while I had numerous missing rares/mythics in this set

Same thing here, I have all STD rares but when I roll a Mythic it gives me gems instead of missing mythics. This issue also occurred with rares before I collected them all via random packs and wildcards. As seen here with Murders at Karlowe Mannor. I have not collected all the mythics, yet when I rolled a mythic from WoE it gave me gems instead of giving me a missing standard mythic.

I have purchased more than 10 LTR packs but they didn’t give me any rare / music cards but 20 gems though I have not completed all LTR card set. Golden packs also gave me gems only.
200 gems always turnd into 20 gems.

Exact same thing just happened to me: Kaldheim pack, gems instead of rare/mythic, clearly missing many from my collection.

The same Things happened to me! I would like to know if I'll receive a rare after it fixes, I only opened it because I want a rare and not 20 gems.

The same thing has happened to me the last two times I've purchased a War of the Spark pack. Please fix.
