Instant crash after attempting to open App on iOS! Please fix!!

I’m having the same issues as well. If I reinstall the app I can open packs and make decks but cannot play matches. I’ve reinstalled three times to the same result

I have the same problem on iPhone X (iOS 15.4.1).

On IOS, the app crashes when I open it. If I re-download the app, it works once or twice and crashes the next time I open it. This is compromising my ability to progress and take advantage of the mastery pass I got with my gems. Please fix the bugs i the app.

On 28/04/2022 the game was not opening on iOS.
Around the end of the day it was fixed and I was able to play.
Today Friday morning 29/04 the game is not opening again like before.

Immediately after the update, I was able to buy and open packs. I couldn't join games though.

The next time I tried to open the game it just came up on a black screen and crashed out, and continues to do this. I am playing on an iPad pro, with fully up to date iOS and haven't had problems before . Please fix!!

On iPad. Since the New Capenna launch, the app instantly crashes when I try to open it. No loading screen, just black like it’s preparing to load in and then right back to desktop.

I am experiencing this as well on an iPhone 8

Reinstall and updating IOS do not fix the problem. Keep crashing at login black screen

Updated to New Capenna tonight on iPhone and now the app crashes immediately after opening; doesn’t even make it to the loading screen. It worked again after I deleted the app and reloaded it but if I switch to another app or close it, the same thing happens the next time I try to open it. I’ve gone through that process twice. Reinstalling the app is the only thing that fixes it. Restarting the phone has no effect.

I updated the client on my iPhone to include the SNC release and was able to successfully load the game the first time. However, after closing the game, I was never able to reopen it and instead the app just crashes to desktop (I get a gray screen for a second and then the app closes). I’ve tried rebooting my phone as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the app. After each reinstall, it lets me log in and load up the main screen before it again crashes to desktop, from where I am no longer able to open the app.

This occurs almost everytime playing on my 8th gen iPad that after about 20-30 minutes it horribly lags and then eventually crashes. Hard to enjoy the game when I have to close out and play again later.

Also iOS. Each new set update makes it worse and worse. 2 sets ago I could at least make it through 4-5 games. Crimson Vow made it crash every 2-3 games. Now with Kamigawa, I’m lucky if I can make it through 2 games and have started seeing crashes during the first game.
On top of the crashes, just loading up the game is getting worse and worse as well. 6 months ago I could at least get back into a game after a crash. Now it’s a definite loss, making ranking up twice as hard.

I entered an Arena Cube last night and iOS started to lag and eventually crashed, then continued to lag resulting in incorrect picks through the draft, incorrect mulligans, and loss of turns. I really want to feel as though investing money in this game will be worth it, but these bugs give me serious pause. Please help us IT Wan Kenobi, you're our only hope!

I’ve been using my iPad for games like PUBG for a couple years with no problems. Not only does Arena crash all the time, but it causes iOS to crash too!

Every few games Arena will crash at some random time during a game. Usually I can restart and have not lost my turn.

But sometime it even causes iOS to crash. I have had to hard-reset iOS to restart (and lose the match I was in) a few times.

It seems to be worse with the latest version.
