Ban Kinan in historic brawl
In a format that contains endless value and relatively limited ways to stop it, Kinan should be banned from historic brawl.
As a commander, he is just as (but often unreasonably more) difficult to face than any other green/blue commander like Uro, Tamiyova, etc.
My main issue is his initial mana cost. It is especially abhorrent. Being on the draw against Kinan is essentially an automatic defeat. Especially when they can get a free mulligan to help ensure they can have a turn 1 'mana rock' type of effect like gilded goose, llanowar elf, mox amber, etc. There are only an extremely few turn 1 answers an opponent can have to prevent this easily-achieved combo of cards from overwhelming the board state: instant-speed destroy effects (typically lightning bolt or fatal push) or 1 mana bounce effects like unsummon or fading hope... that's it.
Not even turn 1 discard effects like thought seize or kozilek's inquisition can prevent the game from spiraling out of control from turn 2 on the draw because Kinan is in the command zone, safe from discard effects, and the opponent is now ready to cast spells with 4 mana cost like key to the archive (which ramps them even further, even if kinan is dealt with), questing beast, etc.
This is also assuming you have these exact cards in your opening hand. It is unreasonable and unfair to feel like admitting instant defeat is the only fun way to deal with Kinan commanders in historic
