Store error: internal error
I can’t buy things in the store with gold or gems that I have. I bought the $5 beginners pack or whatever it’s called. Now I get “store error: internal error”. Don’t know what to do. Wanna spend money but it won’t let me.

Hi, same here, my account is now fully fonctional. It seems reasonable to think that something has been fixed for some accounts on server side. I must admit that I have been skeptical about the resolution time but WOTC has been top notch
I got my store fixed, not sure what happened.
This seems to have been fixed for me. I can now purchase anything from the store including daily deals.
Same problem here, I can’t buy anything with gold or gems… I have same « internal error » message.

My arena profile is Lance Stone#70674
But when I logged into Wizards' site it shows as Lance Stone#64523
Maybe this is a part of the problem?
I’m having the same issue. Given the sheer amount I’ve spent on the game and how much I enjoy it, I don’t want to give up yet. But to even imagine I’m thinking of it should say something about the frustration level. At the very least, communicate.
No store transaction works since I tried to buy the one time 3000 gem alchemy purchase.

Same thing with me. Haven't been able to purchase anything in 10 days.
@Boogedy#71909: same for me and I guess your ticket has been closed as well but our issue not. It seems to me that wotc support is far more interested by their resolution statistics than to solve actual issues. Also, the issue is linked to a specific account not to the installation configuration. Any account with this issue becomes non functional so I guess all is left for us is to stop playing until maybe one day the issue is solved.
Adding to this for the third report of the same error. Getting really annoyed that I can't buy anything in the store. I'm starting to give up opening the app tbh. Just get fomo whenever the daily deals update or I see a limited time item in store. Not being able to get them is beyond frustrating.

Any attempt to purchase anything with gems or gold from the store directly fails with the store error internal error message box. Reinstalled on my pc, and installed on mobile only to get the same message, and all support can do is say, go to the feedback forum.
This particular post dates back to April 2021, with no feedback from Wizards on the bug report regarding fixes for this issue.
I've had a similar problem for the past week. I can use gold or gems to enter events, but I'm unable to purchase any packs. Uninstalled and reinstalled MTGA and I installed MTGA on mobile and the issue still occurs on both pc and mobile.
Has anyone some updates from support? For me, they just closed my ticket after telling me to go to this very website. Very nice way to keep good statistics for them but the issue is still not solved!
I've also been experiencing this for about a week now. Contacted support and they just said its a known issue and the "devs are looking into it"
I have this Internal Store Error for 5 days now. Who gives me the possible savings of daily deals back? Wizards?
After reading the comments I believe I also grabbed an alt art card sleeve from mastery pass after purchasing it from the store previously too.
I'm also getting this error for the past two weeks, was able to buy a multitude of items and then out of the blue got Store error: internal error. Quite frustrating considering I have spent money on the game and am now being restricted.
- Tried troubleshooting on all platforms, fails on each.
- Can buy gems with real transactions, but cannot use gems/gold.
- Anything store related, levels, cards, sleeves, pets, etc. Result in the error.
- Using an alt account results in successful buying of items(obviously) and an additional uninstall + reinstall with full logout over all platforms results in error. highly unlikely its client side.
- I'm also assuming the error only occurs after a transaction, so everyone who commented here would have purchased something, which then resulted in some failure between server and account in regards to the store.
