I am also missing 4 starter decks and the cards for them.

I have the same problem with the starting decks, I'm missing 4 of the 10 they give you and there's no way to get them by winning the "Duel with Beginner Decks" event 3 times in a row, and I don't have the cards from these decks in my collection either. .

I too am missing these 4 starter decks on my account.

Same issue tried deleting and reinstalling on Android still have missing decks.

Missing 3 starters decks

Even after getting 3 wins with a deck, I don't see it in my collection.

Returning Player does not have access to starter decks. I've also tried getting 3 wins with them (as the event says this will give me access to them).

I have loste three Starter deck :
- red + blue
- red + green
- black + white

I'm missing 3 starter decks and I see no way to unlock them. I have completed color challenge and all other quests. Missing Balancing Act, Ignite the Forge, and Spell Weaver.
