Can confirm having this same issue

Just came back to magic, and found out all my starter decks were outdated (rotated) and I can't win new starter decks. To play with the starter decks are funny because it is just a shuffle up and play, when you are not so much into deck building, but also are willing to spare some time to finish the "daily" quests...

Came back to Arena after having a few years out, and unable to unlock any of the dual coloured starter decks, despite completing Starter Deck Duel.

I’ve won a few of the started deck duels and still haven’t received the decks in my collection? Please help.

I am missing the starter deck. I have already won with them as well but still have not received them.

Same problem. The decks dissapeared some time ago. I waited for more than one update, hoping the problem would get solved, but still without starter decks.

I won matches using the new round of starter decks and they are not rewarding like they should be. I won with high flying valor and got that deck in the library/decks but the other decks/cards are not showing up when I finish a match. People online express the same frustration with the bug/glitch as the deck and cards should be rewarded as stated on the description when winning a match with that deck.

The decks in the Starter Deck Duel don't match the decks in my collection. In the Starter Deck Duel instructions it seems to imply that we will get to have these decks if we win. I've certainly won with multiple of these decks.

I also don't have the starter decks. I was also not given any of the cards from them.

Returning player here. Last played WoE and left when TBD came out. Same issue as most people here. Only have a few of the Starter decks with me. In fact, I only have 6. Which are Aerial Domination, Cold Blooded Killers, Goblins everywhere, Keep the Peace, Large and Charge and Legions of Phyrexia. Hoping for some help here.

After the Summer Sale update in july, when the new set of two color starter decks arrived, I have not gotten any. I played all the starter deck challenges and gotten at least 3 wins with each deck and none of them have unlocked. I've seen countless people with this same issue but nothing from Wizards about a patch/update/fix or even conformation they are investigating. I would really like to build with a few of these decks and want them before they're gone as ive seen a few post about this happening in the past and never getting them (although never truly confirmed)

Same here, I am a returning player. I did ALL starting quests in 2019. But now I don't have the starter dual color decks. I played the sparkchallenge and starter deck challenge, but the deck I used was not collected. If this is not fixed, the packs I bought would be wasted on filling these "missing decks".

When playing Starter Deck Duel, I'm not receiving decks after 3 wins. My last 3 win streak was with Arcane Aggreession and I did not get the deck as a reward.

With the change in Starter Decks, you not only deleted my old 2023 Starter Decks but also didn't give me the new Starter Decks. I have won with a few of the 10 new dual colored Starter Decks and yet none of them are appearing in my list of Starter Decks. Please resolve this as soon as possible. Threads from prior years seem to indicate that this is an ongoing multi-year issue that could be costing you players and customers.
