Weatherlight Compleated does not properly gain counters when constructs created by Oni-Cult Anvil die or are sacrificed.

I had it not get above 3 counters after I sacrificed a token creature. I tried sacking another and still no counter.

I also have had Weatherlight Compleated not gain counters when I sacrifice one of my creatures. I was sacrificing a Goblin Shaman token from Fable of the Mirror-Breaker to Dreadfeast Demon.
