network error - unable to get collection
Can't get in to the main user interface. Can't attach a log when no access to the main menu.
Error displayed: Network error - unable to get collection.
The client asks either to reconnect, log off or check Arena status server (all operational).
Restarted my PC, restarted my internet modem+router. Still same error.
I logged in earlier 6 hours ago, no such problem.

Same here... i talked with the support but no solution... tried to uninstall the program, use a US Vpn based but nothing changed.... PLEASE HELP!!!

Unable to get collection too. I tried to reinstall but didn't work, tried to flush DNS in Prompt Command, and change to US-based VPN aswell, with no results.

Until yesterday all was working without problems, not takes a huge amount of time on "Connecting with Server" and then gives error with network connection! It's obviously some kind of bug or mess on your side!
Yesterday everything was working fine!OS: Windows 10

Hi,
I'm receiving this error after the "waiting for the server" screen: "unable to get collection. Please try again later" (see screenshots attached).
If I tap on Ok, i get the error "there was a problem communicating with the server" (again, see screenshots).
My connection works fine with other games and apps, and it's the same connection that's worked until yesterday and for months with Arena too.
I logged out and back in, uninstalled and reinstalled the Arena app, nothing worked so far.
Could you help? Thanks.
