When casting a card with Muldrotha using its evoke cost, it doesn’t count towards her once-per-type-per-turn limit.

Can confirm this is still happening, and it also doesn't count creatures with Escape costs. Log attached of both Uro, the Grave Titan and Mulldrifter being cast from the graveyard with Muldrotha's ability without it using up the "Cast as Creature" restriction.

If this is indeed a bug, it's still possible. This makes Mulldrifter a little bit broken with Muldrotha, since you can recast it for 2U as many times as you can afford.
