still not fixed over a month later....im furious

I am not able to use my touchscreen while playing MTG Arena.
Really hoping this gets fixed soon.

Bought a MS Surface primarily for MTGA - stops working. Lots of updates since then for $$$$ but no fix.

Touchscreen no longer works on Arena. I have a Dell Laptop and it was working fine until I installed the big recent update. Touchpad control barely works and hangs up a lot. I couldn't even concede, unable to play. The cursor sparkles but does not move

Still not functional, and I've barely touched the game since. It's not at all enjoyable to play anymore. This is such a critical issue, please address!

i was told to check the bug page for a fix. and also to reinstall. great job wizards support. game is unplayable

Found a way to make it work because I could not play anymore on my surface 7 with the epic version of the game. Touchscreen was not working. You can download bluestacks, it is a program that allow you to play mobile games on windows. Install it and download arena through the play store. This way you can use the Touchscreen in game on your windows tablet. Hope they will fix the problem soon but at least we have that option

It has been weeks and no fix to this problem. I am a bit stunned by the lack of response. Holidays are over, kids are back in school...Where is customer support on this issue?
