Incorrect game loss due to Inactivity on opponent's infinite combo
I loss due to inactivity because I passed while my opponent was performing an infinite combo. (Heliod, Sun-Crowned with Scurry Oak and any Life gain on creature ETB)
I had Platinum Angel out and would have won but the game forfeited on my turn due to inactivity.

the timer ran down even though i could not act during this 200+ animations. I had Settle the Wreckage in hand and mana to play it. if i had had Wrath of God or even the instant-speed board wipe, i would never have been able to play it. his timer ran out and then after a while MY timer started going. If this was in a historical tournament i would consider this a critical bug because it's cheating.
