Sometimes destroyed creatures don't appear to leave the battlefield.
Experience: While playing a Brothers' War draft, my opponent cast Loran of the Third Path with her ETB trigger targeting Scrapwork Mutt. The Scrapwork Mutt appeared to remain on the battlefield and did not appear in the graveyard, so I thought that I had misread Loran and believed the Mutt was still available as a blocker. Opponent swung for lethal and I was unable to block with the Mutt, resulting in a match loss. Upon entering another match, the same thing happened with a spell targeting a different creature. After restarting the client while still in the match, the creature correctly appeared in the graveyard and not on the battlefield.
Expected result: Scrapwork Mutt should have gone to the graveyard as a result of Loran of the Third Path's ETB trigger.

I've got this happening too. One match my opponent had 7 creatures on the board, but 4 were dead.
