I can't even get on the server. It's continuously saying that I disconnected from the server when I didn't even get in! Fix this problem ASAP please.

I can connect but, in 4 or 5 minutes the game drop an error server. (Unable to connect server).

Ever since the addition of Shadows of Inn, My Android tablet has been unable to connect on startup. Have tried reinstalling, clearing cache, reset winsocks to no avail. Support agent just redirects me to their boiler plate FAQs.

I'm suffering the same error from the PC (01 march 2023). However, I'm able to play from the tablet.

This is occuring again as an authentication error

Since yesterday, it is sometimes impossible to connect. We have an error during connect to server just before loading the main page. I have tested on different device (pc or mobile) and it is always the same result. The servers looks operational according to the website. So what is happening, and how can i access to the game?

Did not work yesterday for several hours. Eventually logged in and stayed stable for a couple of hours. Today back to not logging in.

The exact same problem is still happening to me.
