Game keep crashing on startup
Just updated to the last patch on macOS and the games keep crashing after the "Loading initial scene" message. I tried to switch the connection from wifi to mobile hotspot and nothing changed. I also uninstalled and then reinstalled the game from the epic game store, same results.
Interestingly, If I start a game on iOS (no problems there) and then start up the mac version while a match is running, I can log in and keep playing from the mac. Immediately after the match is over the game crash again. It seems like something is happening with the redirection to the main page, and not on the game on itself. I'm not able to generate a log for this bug. Please help.

I solved the problem on mac. I've read a lot about the problem and the issue of "Loading initial scene" crash was ultimately about a corrupted file. Uninstalling and then reinstalling from the epic game store doesn't work. You need to download an app called "AppCleaner" to do a hard uninstall that cleans all the files linked to Arena. I deleted all the epic game store app but I think it was an overkill. After that, you could install it again, but this time it will download ALL from the start, ~7GB on 2023-02-22.
For Win users, you need instead to remove this folder "C:\Users<your user name>\AppData\Local\Temp\Wizards Of The Coast\MTGA"

Similar problem here. Keeps telling me to reconnect after the “loading initial scene”.
