Exploit: Underrealm Lich + Gitrog Monster + Gaea's Blessing
Just played against an opponent who was abusing a combination between Gitrog Monster, Underrealm Lich and Gaea's Blessing (opponent was seemingly aware of the exploit, as they emoted "nice" while it was going on).
They used Underrealm Lich's passive to pick up cards while dumping lands into their graveyard. This triggered the Gitrog monster's ability to draw, prompting the lich's passive again, and so on. That's fine. Gaea's Blessing was in their deck to keep this chain going, as they could choose to put it in the graveyard whenever they came across it, shuffling their graveyard into their deck and keeping the combo going. Again, all fine.
My issue is that while my opponent was looping through this inane sequence, I was the one being penalised and losing my extra timers.
Seeing as my opponent could choose to end this sequence whenever they wanted by putting the Gaea's Blessing into their hand, I feel that the timer should have absolutely been counting THEIR turn down and not mine. This is especially true because I was tapped out and could not cast any spells or activate any of my creatures' abilities.
Further evidence that this was an intentional exploit: they had an Oracle of Mul Daya on the field, so I could see basically all the cards in their deck as they went through it again and again. It did not appear to contain any win conditions or any real ways to leverage what they were doing. It definitely felt as though forcing a concession through exploitation of the timer was my opponent's goal.

Just had this exact thing happen as well. They eventually bricked on the combo and the turn passed to me where I could've activated a Compleated Nissa and swung for lethal anyway, but it skipped my turn instead. Opp continued to emote throughout the combo while executing it while not running up a turn timer at all while I can't just auto pass or auto resolve to preserve my turn timer. It feels like they were using a bot to instantly resolve their combo even though part of it requires a card selection. If they could no longer make decisions due to having no turn left then the combo would brick itself at random by putting the Gaea's Blessing into hand or not discarding additional lands to continue drawing in the rare case of 3 non-land cards presented.
Instead I'm punished for them taking infinite while the combo continues to execute while they spam emotes.
