FIXED - You can bypass spark rank entirely and unlock all modes by going to settings -> account -> unlock all modes. Then you may have to go back to that same menu again and now press restore purchases. This should get you out of spark rank, unlock all game modes, and unlock any remaining starter decks that you're missing.

I've played numerous spark ranked matches and get no increase in rank when I win as well as no loss in rank when I lose. Hopefully this will be resolved. I enjoy playing but this makes it hard to continue. Especially just after grinding the color challenges. I'm using an android tablet.

I am having this issue as well. I was able to progress my spark rank before the monthly reset but now wins in Spark Ranked do not add pips to my current rank.

I have won a bunch in spark rank but nothing changes on the PC. Kinda hard to play the rest of the game when you cant even rank up to unlock it.....please fix asap. Thank you.

I have won 11 or 12 games now in spark ranked, on windows 10. None of these games have made me rank up at all, and the game still displays that I have won no games. Help would be appreciated.
