Cannot access to pre-sale products - Mother of the Machine
Hello,
I bought some items in pre-sale a couple of days ago for Mother of the Machine, however I cannot access to them.
It might just be a time issue, but seems weird to me, since the set is already out.

Same issue. Additionally upon login it shows my preorder rewards but gets frozen on the acquired screen before eventually continuing ~30 sec after clicking continue.
