Ininite Loop continuance senario
I was playing Historic Brawl and had The Locust God as my commander. I played Kindred Discovery and named Insect, so that when I drew a card I would make a Insect token with The Locust God and make an infinite loop. In paper gameplay, I would say what the game state would be at a specific point in the loop and when I got there (2 cards left in my library) I would hold priority (in Arena hold full control). When I got close to the number of cards in my library, I held control and the combo continued like I never pressed it. The combo continued and I lost the game. Even if the combo is infinite, since new triggers are being put onto the stack there should be an opportunity at each stage for both players to attempt to interact by pressing control (in paper declaring they would like to take a game action).
A possible fix for this scenario could be to edit how such potential intentional combos should be resolved in the deck building portion of arena. In an editor, select the cards that would be needed to be in specific zones, such as the battlefield or the graveyard, and let the arena program run on them in a vacuum. A player might then be able to specify under which conditions they would like to interrupt the combo to take a needed game action, and otherwise let the combo run for the sake of time.

Yeah this is still an issue. I loved this combo in my old EDH deck but sadly the Arena devs are useless vanilla 0/1 thrulls. It’s disappointing and frustrating to say the least.
