Died on my upkeep with 5 life remaining after Marchesa, Resolute Monarch triggered
I play on Windows and I am currently running a Quick Draft MOM on MTGA.
On 2-0 and being deep into my third match, my opponent controlled two (Furtive Analyst and Furnice Host Charger) while I controlled three creatures (Nezumi Informant with a +1/+1-counter, a Lazotep Convert that copied a Bola Slinger and a Marchesa, Resolute Monarch) when he ended his turn.
Since I cast Elspeth's Smite onto his only attacking creature during his last combat and exiled it, I did not receive any combat damage, so Marchesa triggered in my upkeep, and I drew a card and lost one life, putting me to 5. This caused my portrait to explode and I lost the game. The battlefield immediately after the game even showed me at 5 life remaining (see screenshot). I did not have any poison counters or otherwise triggered any effect that would lose me the game at all.
This situations can also not be explained by him attacking with his 5/5 the last turn, since 1) I had no chance to assing blocks in the combat step, 2) his 5/5 is untapped and does not have vigilance, 3) if it HAD dealt 5 to me in that combat, Marchesa would not have triggered.
Honestly I am quite furios as I was so far ahead in that game. I will not touch this draft run until this issue is resolved in an acceptable way.

Your library is empty. Attempting to draw from an empty library will lose you the game
