Let's make this blow up guys!!! I have contacted support 600 times for the same "shadow ban" mana pulls.. even after taking there suggestion that my deck should be 50 percent my deck, which made it 10 times worse. When contacted all I get from them is we need more details. I have supplied every log along with screen shots of the board. Yet, they just close out the ticket and say they have the most "high-tech" algorithm on the market.

Post all of your horror stories and maybe well get a change or at least a class action.
