Soul Warden stops triggering
I was playing an opponent with a rapidly increasing number of Scute Swarm copies. I also had 2 Soul Wardens as well as a Bloodthirsty Aerialist in play. For a while everything triggered properly, however once the number of new Scute Swarm copies on the stack got a little over 200, the next several times the stack was filled with my opponent's Scute Swarm copies, it began repidly resolving those and copies to his side, without triggering my Soul Wardens, causing him to gain his Scute Swarm copies without me gaining health to match as I should have according to the rules.

Arena caps the tokens per player at 250. So the Scute Swarm tokens stopped being created, and thus the Soul Warden stopped triggering.

I was playing historic ranked against a white black health deck with my Scute swarm deck, i was however always increasing their life as they had a soul warden out. On my last turn i played a land scute swarm triggered copying itself x 200 and something times ( i had already copied it a couple times) when my opponent got to 156 life however the soul warden triggers stopped so they stayed at 156 life and i continued to get scute swarms

Your opponent stopped getting tokens when the Arena cap of 250 was reached. No new tokens entering the batlefield means no new triggers from your Soul Wardens.
