Bug needs fixing: Tome of the Infinite + Heliod Warped Eclipse problem with mana cost
So Tome of the Infinite will conjure a random card into your hand and allows you to cast the card with any color mana. Heliod's ability reduces the mana cost of all spells in your hand by 1 colorless for each card drawn this turn. The problem is that Tome of the Infinite's ability to allow the card to be cast with any color mana no longer works once Heliod's ability kicks in. Please fix this problem. Shouldn't both abilities be compatible?

Heliod cannot reduce coloured mana requirements, only generic costs. A card like Ponder that can be cast with any colour still requires 1 coloured mana. Heliod can't reduce this.
