Player needs the ability to organize multiple ETB triggers on the stack
According to MtG rules, when a player controls multiple ETB triggers, that player gets to decide the order in which they go onto the stack. This ability does not exist in Arena, as far as I can tell. For the most part this isn't a huge deal; however, I just lost a match because I do not have the ability to decide order.
My opponent controls Vraan, Executioner Thane. I am at 2 life. The True Scriptures Saga hits III.
I have a deck which puts tons of creatures into both graveyards so that when the Saga hits III, my battlefield is flooded with two dozen or more creatures. Two of those creatures are Sheoldred and Alabaster Host Intercessor.
Arena automatically stacks ETB such that Sheoldred resolves before Alabaster Host Intercessor. If I had the ability to organize ETB triggers, I would FIRST exile Vraan, Executioner Thane, so that when my opponent sacrificed something to Sheoldred's ETB, I would not be hit for 2 damage.
As I said, generally this is not an issue, but occasionally it does matter. In this instance, I had 26 creatures enter the battlefield under my control and promptly lost when my opponent had no cards in hand, no available mana, and only 2 creatures on the battlefield.

Thank you for that! I have been playing on Arena for years and did not know that was an option. Maybe make it one of those "Did you know?" things that show up while waiting for a match. Thanks!

You have the option to shut off the auto ordering of triggers. Just go to the settings menu, under gameplay, and uncheck the box for autoordering. Further options are available during game play.
