Issue with the Cut Down spell.
The Cut Down spell seems a bit nerfed. I know it is only a 1 casting cost spell but its targeting capability in the game seems a little unfair.
It should either work on the unmodified base power and toughness of the creature it is targeting, or be allowed to affect creatures whose toughness has been reduced so that the sum of their power and toughness is five or less.
As it is now, a 1/1 whose power and toughness have been raised to 3/3 can't be targeted and a 3/3 whose power and toughness has been reduced to 1/1 also can't be targeted.
My suggestion is to allow it to determine the eligibility of its targets based on their power and toughness at the time the spell is targeted but allow its effect to be determined when the spell is resolved on the stack.
At the very least, the wording should be changed to indicate its current limitation as it currently can't be used to administer the coup-de-grace to a nasty large creature whose toughness has been reduced sufficiently, unlike Final Flourish, which can be used for this purpose.

Reducing power and/or toughness so that the sum is 5 or lower DOES make casting Cut Down on that creature possible, and it will get destroyed. But, as was said, damage does not reduce toughness.

Damage does not reduce toughness, although the UI does give this impression.
