no card rewards level 70 and above

unfortunately i did not receive any card rewards level 70 and above. The friend i am playing with, has exactly the same issue on his account.

thta about it really, i get the xp, I level up, no card.

I think that you received the card but sometimes new cards are not shown but it's clear there is a bug around that behavior -
