Boromir Warden of the tower / Ratadrabik of Urbog
In the last game my opponent used the ability of Boromir to sacrifice himself to duplicate itself an infinite amount of time using the passive ability of Ratadrabik, which shouldn't work cause every token isn't legendary anymore.
Has anyone had the same problem? Did I miss something?

Thank you everyone for the answers. The interaction between these two cards is legal. As some users noted, the ability of Boromir of sacrificing himself has two effects: making creature indestructible and The Ring Tempts You. The Ring Tempts You by itself makes the new ring bearer (that will be the new non-legendary zombie Boromir token) Legendary, which is part of the requirements for Ratadrabik’s ability. Thank you again everybody.

Same problem. Exploit is being abused hard

But a Ringbearer is, which is what the Boromir token gets chosen for by the ability of the sacced Boromir.

This should not occur because tokens of Boromir from Ratadraki are specifically not suppose to be legenday.

This is still a problem. Why is this broken garbage allowed?

Well, not enough with last game, next game was a all legendary Ratadrabik deck... thats really unfair... I love MTG and im a miserable FTP member of this community... but this makes us, the low level players sad as ****... 2 of my 3 loses where against that kind of tricky interaction between Ratadrabik and other legendaries... the Boromir combo was even more insane... but this need to be solved.

it's definitely an infinite combo, my opponent would probably have milled me to death if he didn't misclick at the end there
I made a video but it's too big to attach: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/w9rspucy06ocw36zexc5q/bull-hit_of_gondor.mp4?rlkey=s41rjgnablpydn2viasmzxj3q&dl=0

I couldn't link the video or photo for some reason but it's the same as these comments.
Turn 4 infinite combo + pinged to death.
Ilias Kor is in play, Boromir is then played, turn 4 Ratadrabik is played, Boromir gets sacrificed, returns as a token, becomes the ring-bearer, infinite combo.Accounts gaining wins on ladder using this combo should be rolled back.
Please fix this asap

I just had this used against me using Elas Il-Kor, Sadistic Pilgrim to hit me for 2 life every time the loop span round. Was pretty **** awful.

just encountered this. Possible order of operations issue?
what I think is happening:
1: Boromir A (Legendary) is sacrificed
2: Ratadrabik creates copy Boromir B (non-Legendary)
3:Boromir A sacrifice completes causing creatures to become indestructible until end of turn. the ring tempts you.
4:Boromir B (non-Legendary) is made ring bearer causing it to become legendary.

Through Boromir's ability The Ring tempts you, which means, you designate a Ringbearer, which becomes legendary because of it. Since Ratadrabik's token is on the field at that time, it can become the Ringbearer, making it a legendary Boromir token and thus forming a loop.
