Witch King of Angmar and Anduril, Flame of the West Interaction Bugged
I've only come across this scenario once, so I'm not sure how particular these circumstances are or if there are similar interactions that would cause the same effect.
I was playing a deck featuring "Adeline, Resplendent Cathar" equipped with both "Barrow Blade" and "Anduril, Flame of the West." My opponent had a "Witch-king of Angmar" on the field, and right before the bug occurred, Adeline was a ring bearer at level 1 and my opponent hadn't yet tempted the ring at all.
I attacked with Adeline, which summoned both a 1/1 human and two 1/1 spirits, all tapped and attacking. My opponent blocked one of the spirits as well as the human, letting Adeline and the other spirit hit. The Witch-king's ability procced, making me sacrifice a creature that had dealt combat damage to him. I selected the other spirit token, and that's when things started getting weird.
After selecting the spirit to sacrifice, I waited for a bit and my opponent's timer started going. I waited a little while and then I clicked my portrait to select the "Your go" prompt, but that prompt wasn't there for me to select, "Thinking" was there as if it was my turn to go.
After the timer ran out, his "Glissa Sunslayer" was shown as his new ring-bearer, but there was no icon on the left side of the screen showing his progress through the levels of the Ring.
In addition to that, my spirit token that I had chosen to sacrifice was still on the screen. Hovering over it showed the full "card" for it, but otherwise I couldn't interact with it at all.
As the match went on, this behavior continued to happen every time I attacked with Adeline.
Screenshot shows the board at the end of the game. You can see that there's no emblem for my opponent's Ring, but when I hover over his ring-bearer, all of the text for the four levels shows up. You can also see the 4x spirit tokens that are on the board but can't be interacted with, they're just forever stuck there, never untapping or anything.
My log file is almost 150mb, so I'm not sure of the best way to upload it.

Update: had another match where I was against a Witch-king, but when the he was summoned I already had Anduril out and a couple of spirits on the field. I equipped Anduril to one of the spirits and didn't encounter the bug the same as last time.
Although another variable that changed is that this time, my opponent already had already tempted the ring once before casting the Witch-king, so I'm not sure which one is the issue yet.
