2023.27.10 Patch Notes are not actually posted
Despite the in-game email claiming that "2023.27.10 Patch Notes Are Here!", the linked webpage shows that those patch notes are not actually posted (as of the time now which is 8:09 AM PST).

Still happening with patch 2024.35.0
I echo the other posters’ sentiments about this occurring for every patch.
It’s fine that we get a notice that a patch has occurred but we already know that since we had to update upon signing into the game.
If the notes are not available to customers, don’t claim that they are. It looks unprofessional and sloppy.

This happens ever patch. Its like the patch notes don't release until the next patch notes are set. I.e. 2023.28.10 just came out but the previous patch 2023.28.00 just showed up (i checked this recently and it wasn't there)

Also, worth noting that this same problem happened with the last three patch notes -- it took weeks to see them appear after the app refresh.

This sounds like Wizards development doesn't coordinate with Wizards website (marketing?) So, they send out a notification to a page / link that doesn't exist. And it makes everyone irritated, but is a super obvious thing to be able to get right.
Don't send the notification until the link is live on the Patch Notes page, and make sure the link goes to the actual patch notes instead of some listing / index page.
