Explorer Anthologies
Explorer Anthologies should mostly contain Pioneer playable cards. An inspirational list is attached:

These sets can be pretty minimal impact to pioneer and still be popular. Hopefully, you meaningfully re-think just how unimpactful you are willing to make these, because this is too low.

Please look into this, we love getting new cards into Arena, if you feel obligated to introduce Historic Brawl cards through Explorer and Historic anthologies, it might be a better idea to just have an entire anthology just for Historic Brawl, Explorer anthologies are supposed to get us closer to Pioneer as a maximum priority.

It's almost like you're trying to slow-roll the progress toward Pioneer. This is insulting.
I can understand if an Anthology just doesn't have many cards that interest me. But this Anthology very likely won't appeal to anyone who is trying to put together viable Pioneer decks.
Either get on with it, or just admit that you don't intend to ever get to Pioneer.

Firstly, be sincere with your customers. If you don't intend to add pioneer in arena say it. Tell us you want to add another one paper-equal format without digital cards.
Secondly, if you intend to add pioneer just do it. These anthologies are pure garbage.
Thirdly, if you want people to keep.playinh the paper formats in mtgo just update that client.
Long story short, be sincere and respect the people who give your their money. It's simple! -

I was excited about this anthology but there simply aren't enough playable cards in the list to justify buying it. I didn't expect Pioneer to arrive overnight but this feels like a stretch.

I'm new and have been falling in love with Magic, and I principally play on Arena. However, Pioneer has become my favorite format, as well as the format I play in paper. So to see Wizards of the Coast approaching this anthology seemingly with more thought put in for Historic Brawl rather than Pioneer frustrates me immensely. On top of that, WotC has also been painfully bad at communicating the reasons and decisions regarding the questionable additions to this anthology. Silently pushing out such a small pool of cards with so many of them being irrelevant feels like an insult.
Of all arena's problems, I really, really hope that this one can and will be solved.

This ea is insulting, especially knowing, that we have to wait the next one for six monthes, and it also will be filled with garbage like the other hakf of charm cicle.

Wotc promised they would focus on adding meta relevant cards. Why was half the ea3 not relevant. Not just to the meta but to Pioneer in general?

I am very disappointed in this Anthology. I play mostly Explorer and have no interest in purchasing this Anthology. I have most of the tier 1 and 1.5 decks built for Explorer with the exception of Angels. So I would be the target audience for an Explorer Anthology but this is an easy pass for me. The most disappointing thing about this Anthology isn’t the lack of cards that interest me specifically but rather the lack of cards that will propel the format forward. There will be no new Pioneer deck available after this set release. They added key pieces to Creativity decks but won’t definitively make that deck better. And key pieces to Lotus Control which may propel that deck from tier 2 up to tier 1.5.

Explorer anthology 3 is horrible. The doesn't have a single useful card. Ok, maybe one, the UW land because Lay down the Arms, but it's just that.

With literally 2 cards: hidden strings and bring to light 2 pioneer tier decks would become playable and instead we got over 12 useless cards. The company committed itself with it's play base to bring pioneer to arena... We've been patiently waiting to get this? What a shame...
As someone who bought the previous anthologies it feels disrespectful to see this third one -

I enjoy Magic Arena for reasons of accessibility and other ease of access. However, I am left frustrated and alienated with the direction of the Explorer format as I expected Magic Arena developers to fulfill the promise of bridging the gap between Explorer and Pioneer. The injection of Pioneer cards is far too slow and the forthcoming anthology is once again missing crucial game pieces; therefore, I can not enjoy the format's full potential.

Pioneer should be implemented in arena at the end of 2023. With 3 anthologies and a remastered set Explorer still feels Miles away from Pioneer.

Bought the last two anthologies but this one is a complete slap in the face, I play explorer to prep for paper pioneer tournaments and at this point it doesn't look like WOTC is serious about using these anthologies to bridge the gap. Guess I need to just hop on MTGO at this point and deal with the clunky ui.

Would love to see the intent/focus of MTGA match what it was originally billed as a few years ago. SO much potential for such an amazing game & company. Please don't sell us customers short. Everyone wins in the long run by prioritizing players over profits.

If you are considering Historic Brawl as a product, please release the Historic Brawl Anthology featuring fun commanders from Commander Series/Legends/Masters.
Please do not use on the limited opportunity of the Explorer Anthology.
