Nazgul styles don't work for draft.
There is a problem with Nazgul art styles.
Usually when you have multiple styles for seperate printings of cards, you can choose which artstyle to use, even if your printing is different.
This doesn't work for nazgul. If you buy the 3d style for one of the alternate nazgul cards, it isn't available to apply to the other 8 nazgul cards.
That wouldn't usually be a problem, given you can use an uncommon wildcard for the nazgul alternate cards.
But this is a problem for drafting. It is only possible to draft one art for the nazgul. Even if you purchase the other artworks, you cannot apply them during a draft.
That isn't the way this issue is currently supposed to be handled in the client. This issue was already resolved with the release of march of the machine on other cards with multiple printings.
If you draft a multiverse legend, you are able to apply any style you have purchased for that card, whether or not it was from a different printing.
As an example, if you drafted Inga, which is a Kaldheim reprint, you were able to use the showcase style from Kaldheim, in addition to the new showcase style from MoM. And vice versa, if you put the older printing of inga into a constructed deck, you are able to use the new showcase art for your old printing.
This should also apply to the nazgul. The way the client currently handles reprints during draft, it makes sense that you can't switch to a totally seperate printing, which is the way the 9 nazgul arts are handled in game.
Each of the 9 nazgul are considered seperate printings of the same card. So you can't switch out one printing for the other when drafted. But you should be able to choose any style for any of the nazgul, if you have them. This means buying the paralax style for one printing of the nazgul should unlock that style for the drafted copy. It currently doesn't work that way, which is inconsistent with how this is handled for other cards.
I have images as an example for how this is handled for two printings of nazgul, vs two printings of Kenrith.
Given that the 9 arts for the nazgul are such an interesting and special thing for the set, it doesn't make sense that they are impossible to use in draft. It might be understandable if it was too hard to implement this change for one card. But if it was handled the same as literally every other card, at least using parallax styles would be a workaround that takes no effort on the Arena Team's part. In fact, it seems like specific effort was taken to make the nazgul work differently with artstyles than every other card, which is sad.
