Infinite turn skips is toxic and needs limits or nerfs
Having an opponent play infinite turns on repeat because of an extremely cheap 2 cost blue spell is toxic and frustrating. This wonderful person timed out EVERY SINGLE INTERACTION TIMER THE WHOLE GAME AS WELL. There needs to be some sort of hard limit because the timer just jumps back up if they do anything, so they stalled between EVERY CARD. There needs to be a hard timer cap that does not extend after a certain point. Combine the poor etiquette and the infinite deck and you've got a recipe for your game only being fun for half it's players.

This is the closest I could get to reporting a person, but this issue is a gameplay problem at core. In paper, in real life, a person can't just stare at you for 30 minutes and then take their turn. It's just over when the timer ends, period.
