un-nerf cards in historic that rotated out of alchemy
When a nerfed card rotates out of Alchemy, it should automatically be un-nerfed, so that we can play it again in Historic.
(unless it was nerfed for historic too, but that's rarely the case; a good benchmark could be whether the card is banned or not in Pioneer)
For instance:
- Omnath is not banned in Pioneer (and doesn't see a ton of play there), and it's not in Alchemy anymore => it should definitely be un-nerf, so that we can play with it again in Historic. It's currently 100% unplayable in historic because of the nerf.
- on the other hand, little Teferi is banned in Pioneer, and it was nerfed specifically for historic (i.e. it was nerfed after having rotated out of Standard/Alchemy), so you don't have to un-nerf it. (also in my humble opinion, even un-nerf Teferi wouldn't be too powerful for nowadays Historic)
This would expend the card pool, with iconic cards, for almost zero work from your developers. It's a huge win.
