Two Bugs on PC
Dear Wizards of the Coast Team,
I trust this message finds you well. I am writing to report two bugs that I have encountered in Magic: The Gathering Arena PC.
The first bug involves the interaction between Nazgûl and Ozolith, the Shattered Spire. When Nazgûl enters the battlefield and triggers "the Ring tempts," which should increase counters, it does not trigger the effect of Ozolith, the Shattered Spire. Specifically, the effect "If one or more +1/+1 counters would be put on an artifact or creature you control, that many plus one +1/+1 counters are put on it instead" is not being activated as it should be.
The second bug involves Andúril, Flame of the West. When the creature equipped with Andúril, Flame of the West is destroyed, the 1/1 white Spirit creature token that was summoned still triggers "create two of those tokens that are tapped and attacking" when it attacks. This happens even though Andúril, Flame of the West is not equipped to any creature.
I trust that these issues can be resolved swiftly, and I am more than willing to provide more information if necessary. I continue to enjoy playing Magic: The Gathering Arena and I am confident that these issues will be handled in the best way possible.
Thank you for your attention to these matters.
Best regards,
One Player.

Ozolith has a replacement effect, it cannot trigger ever, so looking for a trigger is pointless. The replacement effect will simply put an additional counter on the creature when the rest are placed. Check your Nazgul if they have received two counters. They should have.
The second issue is not an issue at all, but all according to the rules of Magic. Anduril triggered, which means it will create toklens. If the equipped creature left the battlefield by the time the trigger resolves, since the game needs information about said creature, it will get that information from its last known information. Since it was legendary, the tokens are created tapped and attacking.
