celebration
Steps to Reproduce the Bug
Have both Raging Battle Mouse and Urabrask's Forge on the battlefield.
Play any permanent (e.g., creature, artifact, enchantment) before moving to the combat phase.
Move to the combat phase and observe how the "At the beginning of combat" triggers are automatically resolved.
Platform
Mac through Epic Games
Actual Results
MTG Arena automatically resolves the "At the beginning of combat" triggers for both Raging Battle Mouse and Urabrask's Forge without allowing the player to choose the order.
Expected Results
The player should be able to choose the order of trigger resolution at the beginning of combat, as both triggers occur at the same time. This would allow the player to take full advantage of Raging Battle Mouse's "Celebration" ability after a token is created by Urabrask's Forge.

First, the option to order your triggers already exists. You can access it by going to the settings menu during a game. Under "gameplay" there is a checkbox for autoordering triggers, which is selected by default. Just uncheck that box.
Second, the order of the triggers doesn't matter here, you do not get a celebration trigger from the Battle Mouse. The reason is, that that trigger has an intervening-if clause, and that clause has to be true already when the trigger would go on the stack. Otherwise, you do not get the trigger. The if-condition also has to be true when the trigger would resolve, but that's irrelevant for celebration triggers, since those would be true at that time regardless.
