the anniversary gifts dated 10/05/2023 showed cards and XP. I hit the Claim button and received the cards but not the XP.

You didn't get any coins because it didn't give coins. It gave Mastery Pass XP.
And I'd guess Kenrith isn't showing up because you're in the Deckbuilder without changing the deck's type to historic or Explorer.

Don't know why it's not letting you scroll down, but good news! It says it will automatically claim when the message expires. Which is in a week.

If you ever checked the status page (found here: https://magicthegatheringarena.statuspage.io/ ) you would have seen that they had taken the mail system down while they fixed a bug with it.

Did not get the 10/04/2023 It's Magic the Gathering: Arena's Anniversary

- I logged in
- Clicked on Mail Icon
- 10/4/2023 Notification about Area's Anniversary
- Clicked on "Claim"
- It said it gave me the following:

- 5,000 Coins
- Atraxa, Praetors' Voice
- Kenrith, the Returned Kind Special Art

However, I never received it.

I received a message for arena's anniversary and was told to claim the reward by pushing the "claim" button but the button doesn't appear on screen and I have never been able to scroll down in the client. Thanks for clarifying if there is indeed a reward to claim
