Echoing Deeps bug.
I was playing LCI premier draft, in my 3rd game around turn 5 I played Echoing Deeps and was prompted to choose a Forest in my graveyard as the target for its optional copy ability. I chose to decline so that Echoing Deeps would enter untapped, however it entered tapped. In a previous game it entered without issue when my graveyard had no lands to choose from.

Echoing Deeps enters the battle field tapped even though no land in a graveyard is selected, should only enter tapped if you chose a land in a graveyard.

Same happened to me, I got to choose a card in my opponent's graveyard but declined. Also in draft 3d game, i think it made me lose that game. I played it in an other game without any target, it stayed untapped
