Deeproot Pilgrimage/Convoke interaction broken
Playing on Steam, Deeproot Pilgrimage should only trigger once per convoked spell, instead it triggers once per tapped Merfolk.

Information for QA/Devs:
Convoke, Improvise and Delve all provide alternative methods of paying the mana component of the total cost. They are applied essentially like a replacement effect as the payment of the mana component is about to occur.
Initial event: pay (4)(U) by removing (4)(U) from the mana pool.
Applicable replacements: Convoke.
Apply convoke by choosing 3 blue nontoken merfolk to tap.Modified event: pay (4)(U) by removing (2) from the mana pool and tapping 3 blue nontoken merfolk.
Applicable replacements: none.
Event occurs and Deeproot Pilgrimage sees three nontoken merfolk become tapped simultaneously and triggers once. (However, currently Arena incorrectly sees each tapping as a separate event and triggers per merfolk).Arena handles it correctly with Delve as the exiled cards exile simultaneously and Syr Konrad only triggers once even if you exile three creature cards.
Rules support:
601.2h which indicates each type of cost portion is paid separately so the mana component cost is paid as a single action.
608.2f has the underlying principle, actions occur simultaneously unless they can't. Sleep can tap multiple permanents simultaneously so obviously the tap actions can occur simultaneously.
